Annually the City shall have an independent auditor conduct an audit and provide audited financial statements for revenue received from the tax approved by the ordinance codified in this Article and expenditures thereof. The auditor’s report shall be presented to the Oversight Committee and shall be made available to the public. (Ord. 3504 § 2, 2014)
