Sec. 7-7.03. Cannabis businesses prohibited unless specifically authorized.

This section was recently added by Ordinance 3674, codified in December 2023.

a.Except as specifically authorized by this Article, or expressly made exempt from City regulation by state law, cannabis businesses are prohibited everywhere in the City.

b.No person shall engage in, conduct, or operate a cannabis business, or cause, allow, permit, or maintain a cannabis business on any real property within the City except as specifically authorized by this Article and Chapter 38, Article 16D. (Ord. 3674 § 11, 2023)
