Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Every person who violates any provision of this Article may also be subject to administrative citations under Sections 1-9 through 1-9.12, which are in addition to all other legal remedies, criminal or civil, which may be pursued by the City to address any violations of this code.
