Sec. 7-3.12. Massage establishment -- Inspections by officials.

The investigating officials of the City shall have the right as otherwise provided for by law to inspect a massage establishment during regular business hours, without a search or inspection warrant, to ascertain whether there is compliance with the provisions of this Article.
