Sec. 7-2.14. Other penalties.

The remedies provided by this Article are cumulative and in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
a.Violations of this Article may, in the discretion of the City Attorney, be prosecuted as infractions or misdemeanors.
b.Causing, permitting, aiding, abetting, or concealing a violation of any provision of this Article shall constitute a violation.
