Submittal requirements for architectural review applications shall be developed, maintained, and adopted by the Planning, Engineering and Environmental Compliance Division, shall be made available to the public at City Hall, and shall be subject to review and oversight by the Architectural Review Committee on an annual basis, or as requested by the public or the Architectural Review Committee.
