All persons submitting applications for permits, as required by this ordinance, or filing appeals shall pay all fees and/or deposits as provided by the City Council’s resolution or by resolutions establishing applicable fees and charges. Said resolution or resolutions are hereby incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
