Within designated parking districts established by the City Council, a parking requirement serving nonresidential uses on a site may be met by a cash in-lieu payment to the City. In establishing such parking districts, the City may set limitations on the number of spaces or the maximum percentage of parking spaces required for which an in-lieu fee may be tendered.
