The ordinance codified in this Article shall be known as the Street Infrastructure Rehabilitation Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance. The City of Monterey hereinafter shall be called “City.” The ordinance codified in this Article shall be applicable in the incorporated territory of the City. (Ord. 3504 § 2, 2014)
