A street tree and landscaping plan shall be prepared for the entire subdivision. The plan shall include a statement describing plant species, planting, installation, location, maintenance, and other pertinent information. Street trees and landscaping shall be selected, installed, and maintained in accordance with the approved street tree and landscaping plan for the entire subdivision. Provisions shall be made by the subdivider for the maintenance and the replacement of such plantings for a period of time as determined by the Planning Commission.
