Any contiguous parcels under common ownership may be merged voluntarily without reversion to acreage by presentation of an instrument suitable for recordation to the Public Works Department, and by payment of such fees as are necessary to pay for recordation of the document with the County Recorder’s Office. Upon receipt of the fees and the recordable instrument, the Public Works Staff shall be responsible for recordation of the instrument with the County Recorder.
