An application for a deviation must be filed with the City Manager, or designee, and shall contain the information required to justify an exception from California Public Utilities Code Section 320. For wireless telecommunications facilities, a complete application for a deviation must be filed at the same time as an application is filed for a wireless permit. (Ord. 3609 § 2, 2020)
