Ed Ricketts Park is established as an underwater park and recreational facility to include those lands in the area from the tip of the Coast Guard Breakwater to the Pacific Grove City Limit Line to a depth of 10 fathoms (60 feet), with the boundaries to be delineated in a suitable manner.
