Nothing in this division shall be read to exclude any other remedy, penalty, or process that the City may seek to impose or pursue, including but not limited to any administrative citation, fine, criminal proceeding, or civil proceeding/public nuisance action for damages. (Ord. 3629 § 5, 2020)
