Sec. 36-27. Taxicab driver’s permit required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any taxicab in the City unless he or she has a valid taxicab driver’s permit issued by the City.
The Regional Taxi Authority shall administer and maintain taxicab driver’s permits and records for taxicabs operating in the City. (Ord. 3450 § 1, 2010. Formerly 36-28)
