Sec. 35-99. Termination date.
This section is included in your selections.
The taxes imposed by this Article shall expire nine years from the date the taxes imposed by this Article are first collected. The taxes imposed by this Article may be renewed prior to the termination date by a majority of the electors voting in an election. (Ord. 3605 § 1, 2019)
