a.Each applicant accepted or rejected for examination shall be so notified.

b.Applications which are rejected as being incomplete may be corrected and returned prior to the official closing date for filing applications. This opportunity shall not be construed as mandatory and its use shall be at the sole discretion of the Human Resources Director (Ord 3385; 02/07) based upon such factors as number of acceptable applications, the official closing date and impact upon the examination process.
