a.All applications for employment must be made on official, standard forms furnished by the Human Resources Director (Ord 3385; 02/07). Such applications shall not be returned to the individual applicant, nor shall the names of any applicant be made public. The requirement for an official standard form may be waived by the Human Resources Director (Ord. 3385, 2007)
b.The Human Resources Director (Ord 3385; 02/07) is authorized to require any necessary job-related information from an applicant to make appropriate employment decisions.
