Any person participating in disorderly or unruly conduct in any park facility may be expelled from the facility for a period not to exceed one week by any person designated by the Parks and Recreation Director to supervise that facility or any police officer. Any person expelled from a facility may appeal that decision to the Parks and Recreation Director in writing within five (5) business days. The Parks and Recreation Director shall cause a hearing to be held within fourteen (14) days to determine whether the expulsion was valid or not. Any person found to violate this section a second or subsequent time within two (2) years shall be subject to expulsion of up to six (6) months, with the same rights of appeal set forth above.
