No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle or trailer on Sand Dunes Drive, or any portion thereof, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on any day, except by permit.

Permits shall be issued by the Parking Division or their designee. Vehicles not displaying valid permits will be cited.

These parking restrictions shall not apply until signs giving adequate notice thereof are in place, as authorized by the City Traffic Engineer. These parking restrictions do not apply to any commercial vehicle making pickups or deliveries of goods, wares, and merchandise from or to any building or structure located on the restricted street for the purpose of delivering materials to be used in the actual and bona fide repair, alteration, remodeling, or construction of any building or structure upon the restricted street for which a building permit has previously been obtained.
