Sec. 20-40. Designation of speed limits.
It is hereby determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey that the speed limit is more than is reasonable or safe upon the following streets, is greater than is reasonable or safe under the conditions found to exist upon such streets, and it is hereby declared that the prima facie speed limit shall be as set forth as follows upon those streets or parts of streets designated as follows when signs are erected giving notice thereof, in accordance with the California Vehicle Code:
a. 15 miles per hour.A prima facie speed limit of 15 miles per hour is established for the following location(s):
