Sec. 2-11.00. Disabled Access Appeals Board.

a.The Board shall consist of five members.
b. Special Eligibility Requirements.
1.Three of the Board members shall be qualified by experience and training to pass on matters pertaining to building construction and/or State or Federal disabled access regulations. The Building Official, or their designee, shall review whether the qualifications of a member or applicant meet the experience and training requirements and make a recommendation on eligibility to the City Council.
