The dock facility adjacent to the landfill area is for the temporary dockage of boats while loading and unloading passengers and equipment only. No person shall dock any vessel to said facility for a period in excess of 30 minutes, and no person shall allow vessel to remain unattended at said facility for a period in excess of 10 minutes.
