Sec. 1-9.1. Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
For purposes of this Article, the following definitions shall apply:
A.“Director” shall mean the City Manager, or his designee.
B.“Enforcement officer” shall mean the City Attorney, Code Compliance Coordinator, any Police Officer, and any City employee or agent of the City delegated authority by the City Manager to enforce any provision of this Code. (Ord. 3653 § 3, 2022)
